Oh my goodness what a week. It is the bestest thing ever serving the Lord and helping others come unto Him!!! BEST PARTS OF THE WEEK!! ☆A member of our congregation took Andy to see the temple grounds (1.5 hours away!) We had no idea! He texted us pictures and he was so excited! He is so ready to be baptized and go to the temple.  ☆Fun fact: I love doorbell ditching. So we bought orange juice for Andy and doorbell ditched it. I tripped on the way down the stairs.  ☆We had Kuriah's (John's little girl) 5th birthday party! Man, that girl can swing a bat! It was so cute, she deserves the world.  ☆We had Phoenix's baptism! Absolutely no hiccups except he had to be baptized twice. BLESSINGS! ☆I HIT MY 9 MONTHS AS A MISSIONARY!!! That's actually insane. It's already halfway gone… no bueno.  ☆biked 10 miles in 24 hours. Oh my goodness this week has been a ride. Honestly I blinked and am writing another weekly. The mission is going TOO FAST!! Whoever is praying for time to go faster so that they can see me: STOP. (you know who you are lol) Highlights: ☆ We went to the temple! I love the temple so much, it was the coolest thing ever. ☆celebrated Sister Rassys 6 months! ☆I FINALLY SAVED A TURTLE!! Out here, there are turtles everywhere! And I swear I see one every day on the road. Sister Rassy told me that if there were no cars coming, and we weren’t hurrying to go somewhere I could save one. My time finally came!!  ☆Wore OU socks in a OSU store… (thats like wearing a BYU thing to a Utes store lol) So this week, the Elders came and blessed Andy's home. Some creepy stuff had been happening and we felt like it would help him progress. The next day, he got a blessing to help him with the Word of Wisdom. We talked to him about how he needs to keep his home as a place where the Spirit can live comfortably...

What's up squad! (I’m not that cool, got it from my friend Emmy) I won’t lie, this week was a little bit rough. So this email may be a little bit short.  Highlights: ☆After church Andy invited us to have a picnic with him. I will put down some of his quotes later, that guy is hilarious. ☆Actually had some member meals! usually we get 1-2 a week, but this week we had 5! I love getting to know members better. #miracles. ☆Went to Vance Air Force Base literally every day this week, probably one of my favorite places in Enid, I just wish it was Army;) ☆Became the Word of Wisdom police and raided Andy’s apartment. PLEASE PRAY FOR HIM!! He is trying really hard and can use any Heavenly help he can get! ☆had an exchange with the Hermanas in Spanish land, there's a Hermana who is from Honduras and doesn't speak English. So I spoke more Spanish than English that day. I even prayed for them in Spanish so that was cool. My brain hurt after the day was over. It still hurts. High school ...

Wow. This week. But first off, HAPPY BIRTHDAY AMERICA!! The 4th of July is my favorite holiday, so this was a good week for me!  Highlights for this week: ☆We started teaching this guy named Pumba, then found out he was a "do not contact" in another ward, so that was fun. We had a lot of uncozy situations with him over the weekend, but it’s all worked out. Our district is now doing a “Do Not Contact” list in case this happens again.  ☆Had free watermelon on the fourth so that was cool.  ☆Wore matching dresses to Zone Conference, President said we were cuties haha I felt like I was 12. But hey we had to show the Zones what comp unity looked like. ☆had the best exchange with Sister Liddiard, we held a pig.  ☆Had an awesome exchange with Sister Stout, we biked 8 miles in 102⁰ weather hehe.  ☆did some research, our ward boundaries is as big as Delaware!! ☆had a conversation with a lady using broken Spanish and a game of charades, and she was interested!
